The Evasight platform had its genesis in the world of excel spreadsheets. It started as a proven process and algorithm developed with excel that allowed agencies and their clients to easily capture meaningful realtime snapshots on the current state of performance with focus on 5 key measures. The process was simple, time efficient and the goal was to transform this into a platform, so more people would be able to access it. 

The key foundations for measurement across employee and client relationships with Evasight include: communication, knowledge, understanding, time and delivery. When answered by both the business and their clients, Evasight is able to provide a simple and effective 360 review that highlights key areas for improvement while tracking trends over time.

Given the interest Spineka has in and around technologies that supports business and customer engagement, it was obvious that Evasight would become a valuable extension for any business that needs an easy to use platform that can capture and retain valuable business insights over time. 

We elected to support the founders to build out a larger offering to enable realtime reporting and access into the Employee and Consumer facing markets. This we believe is a valuable extension over the Business to Client. The goal of the platform is to acquire customers and become the go to tool for any business looking to capture feedback in a simple and easy way across their staff, partners and customers.


To kickstart and support the project, Spineka assembled a dedicated team dedicated to ensure the new platforms success. 

The team designed out the key components for responding, managing and administering the platform while developing the Evasight brand completely from scratch. 

Evasight is built on top of the MEAN stack and leverages a range of functions and services to perform in delivering 360 review capabilities to businesses.


The focus moving forwards is on acquisition and building out of the quick survey feature to capture customers from a variety of segments to show them how great the platform is. The emphasis is on the end consumer and enabling a trust factor for businesses.

In addition, Evasight is designed to support larger organisations that manage multiple businesses and are looking for a platform that provides overview of the performance metrics and trends of individual business units across geographies. We aim to facilitate an increase to data driven decisions that ensures customers of Evasight never lose a client while continuing to retain talent.


The key offering to market includes B2B, B2E and B2C. Evasight provides a means to implement it’s algorithm and use the easy to understand measures and key performance indicators to drive success. 

Evasight provides a health check where automatic check-ins are scheduled in advance and scoring and weightings are reported over time. This feature provides the ability to see how relationships are trending and provides businesses with the tools to quickly address any deviations.
